Medicine: In addition to the network of medical facilities from the provincial level to grassroots, the government has planned a regional high-quality medical center in Phu Ly city, Ha Nam with the area of 940 hectares and over 700 sickbeds. Many central hospitals are  being built, namely Viet Duc 2 Hospital (1000 sickbeds), Bach Mai 2 Hospital (1000 sickbeds), Geriatric Hospital and rest–home.
Tam Chuc tourist site, the national key tourist area, has invested in infrastructure construction and works to meet the needs of sightseeing, recreating, entertaining, resting of  domestic and foreign tourists (including lakeside tourist area, 2 international standard golf courses lake bed tours, two international standard golf courses, etc.)
There is a system of 3~5-star hotels and restaurants with over 1000 rooms for rest, eating, drinking and entertaining; The banking system, insurance, financial and credit institutions in the localities across the province fully and conveniently meet the needs of all enterprises, organizations and individuals, including large national banks.
Social housing projects, dormitories for workers in industrial zones are invested attentively and timely solve the needs of workers.
Ha Nam has a customs office of industrial zones carrying out import and export procedures for enterprises. And "Inland Clearance Depot (ICD) and Industrial Services" in Dong Van III Industrial Zone, Ha Nam Province, facilitating quick settlement of the import and export of goods for organizations.
