Location: in Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province. About 1.0 km from Highway 1A and North-South railway, 4.0 km from Ha Noi – Ninh Binh Expressway; 58 km from the center of Hanoi city, about 1.5 driving hours from Noi Bai airport and 2.0 driving hours from Hai Phong port .
           With the area of 325.7 hectares, Chau Son  Industrial Zone has completed the infrastructure and attracted 84 investment projects, with a total registered investment of $646 million. Including 35 FDI projects (Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Netherlands, Australia, etc.), whose investment capital is $208 million. By 2020, an additional of about 42 hectares will be added, increasing the total area of Chau Son Industrial Park to 377 hectares.
