Location: in Hoa Mac town, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province, being adjacent to Highway 38 and 6 km from Ha Noi – Ninh Binh Expressway.
      The total area is131 hectares. At present, the infrastructure has been built synchronously and attracted 25 projects, with the total registered investment of $ 186 million including 20 FDI projects (Korean projects and the rest is of Japan, etc.) whose investment capital is $137 million. By 2020, expanding 72 hectares to the north of the industrial park will increase the total area to 203 hectares.
