It is located adjacently to Dong Van I, II Industrial Zone with the area of 300 hectares. This is a supporting industrial park with special preferential policies approved by the Government of Vietnam. Up to now, the infrastructure of 131 ha has been basically invested. It has attracted 06 investment projects with the total registered capital of $ 19.3 million. Of which there are 04 FDI projects (Japan) with the total investment capital of $ 15.9 million. By 2020, the entire 300 ha of infrastructure on the western side of Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Highway will be completed and an addition of 223 ha will be added to the east of the expressway, increasing the total area to 523 ha.
          The infrastructure system (transport, electricity, water, waste water treatment, etc. ) in the industrial park is synchronously invested, which is modern and convenient, next to the North-South expressway and ICD.
