Location: in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province. It is located adjacently to Highway 38 and Highway 1A (the section bypassing Phu Ly city); it is 2 km from Old Highway 1A and  North – South railway, 4 km from Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway; 42 km from the center of Hanoi, 1.5 hours from Noi Bai International Airport and 2 hours from Hai Phong Port by car.
It’s area is 300 hectares. The infrastructure of 100 ha was basically completed and attracted 07 investment projects with the total registered capital of $ 21.8 million. Of which there are 03 FDI projects (Korea) with the total investment capital of $ 21.7 million. The industrial land area available for rent is about 80ha. In 2018, the infrastructure of the industrial zone will be synchronously completed with the area of 300ha.
